LET’S BEAT THE CREDIT CRUNCH!

LETS Credit Crunch flyerHave you seen our new LETS flyers and posters out and about over South Dorset with our new logo?!

Did you also see the large half page article on Dorchester & South Dorset LETS in the Dorset ECHO this week (Wednesday 18th March 2009)?! Thanks to Freelance Journalist and LETS member Julie Loyd who sent a press release to local papers, our LETS is finally getting more of the attention it deserves, and of course with the Credit Crunch, our LETS really is even more important to our community than ever. Hopefully other local newpapers and radio stations will realise the significance of our LETS too.

Our upcoming AGM & Trading Day on April 4th in South Street Dorchester will be getting some press coverage too! : )

ExtemploMany thanks to Extemplo On-Demand Media Solutions in Dorchester for sponsoring the printing of our new publicity and only charging expenses – in the spirit of LETS!

Studio401Thanks also to Studio401 print design in Sherborne who designed our new logo through exchanged trading with LETS member Anna Celeste Watson – also in the spirit of LETS!

DTCDorchester & South Dorset LETS also gratefully acknowledge the contributions and support from Dorchester Town Council, which were granted to us in 2008 to help pay towards printing and events – in recognition of the potential of LETS for economic and social development within the community.
